Job DescriptionGrab Food is seeking an Associate, Key Account Management to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our small and medium-sized business (SMB) merchants on the Grab Food platform. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will work closely with SMB merchants to optimize their performance and ensure their success on our platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned SMB merchant accountsAnalyze account performance and provide data-driven insights to help merchants grow their businessIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Grab Food services to existing merchantsEnsure partners support Grab with competitive deals and attractive menus, particularly during marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and improve overall satisfactionConduct regular check-ins and business reviews with merchant partnersDevelop and implement account growth strategies tailored to SMB needsMonitor industry trends and activities to inform account management strategiesAssist in onboarding new SMB merchants and ensuring smooth integration with the Grab Food platformPrepare and deliver presentations to merchants on platform updates and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field2+ years of experience in account management in the food delivery or e-commerce industryStrong understanding of SMB operations and challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsAnalytical skill with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsProven negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of food market dynamics is plusFluency in Thai, Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and verbal)Additional InformationLife at Grab
