We are looking for a Mandarin speaking Sales Representative to join the Mainland China team based in Suzhou. This is a permanent position with onsite working environment.
The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.
As an Associate Sales Representative in our team, you will :
**Customer Engagement and Consultative Selling:**
+ Engage with **_SMB (small and medium businesses) B2B customers_** to understand their needs and identify opportunities for consultative selling, offering **_tailored SaaS cloud technology solutions_** that meet customer requirements and drive business transformation.
+ Convert prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue by evaluating them through various criteria, such as **_BANT_** (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
+ Uncover customer pain points and roadblocks through thoughtful questioning and problem-solving approaches.
+ Drive customer engagement to identify underlying challenges and propose new processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity with our solutions.
+ Secure customer wins for SaaS solution adoption by maximizing the upselling and cross-selling opportunities through collaboration with the internal Technical Sales Specialist and Partner Channel Sales team.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers across different organizational levels to promote **_SaaS solution adoption_** .
+ Build rapport with key stakeholders, positioning our solutions as strategic assets for their digital transformation journey.
+ Cultivate long-term engagement with prospects through consistent communication and value-driven solutions over extended sales cycles.
+ Handle objections and rejections creatively, treating each 'no' as a challenge to overcome.
**Sales Forecasting & Data Analysis**
+ Provide accurate sales forecasts, generate customer quotes, and maintain meticulous records of sales activities. Conduct in-depth customer research to personalize sales pitches and improve prospect engagement. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze sales data trends and inform strategy, ensuring that sales excellence remains a core priority.
**Revenue Generation & CRM Management**
+ Drive revenue growth through consistent prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling of SaaS solutions. Update CRM system with detailed account information, tracking customer interactions and pipeline activity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process from discovery to deal closure.
We’ll be a great match if you have:
+ Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
+ Have 2-3 years of sales or account management experience, including consultative-based sales, inside sales, upselling, cross-selling or renewal sales.
+ Experience with high-volume calling with a proven track record of sales or account management, ideally within the **_software, hardware or technology service industries_** .
+ Demonstrate excellent command of **Chinese language** (verbal and written).
+ Have experience managing the **_Greater China/ Mainland China/ Taiwan market_** .
+ Experience working with or selling **_Cloud Computing_** such as Software as a Service **_(SaaS)_** / Platform as a Service **_(PaaS)_** / Infrastructure as a Service **_(IaaS)_** would be highly advantageous.
+ Have experience or exposure to **_Open Source Software (OSS)_** including but not limited to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Google Workspace or similar solutions.
+ Strategic-thinker with an appreciation of complex selling cycles and ability to engage at exec-level.
+ Strong consultative approach to engage clients and prospects.
+ Result-driven with strong track record in delivering sales targets.
+ Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
