Graduate with overall 6+ years Operations Experience – Payroll / Benefit / Taxation, out of which 4+ years of relevant Automation, Robotics, Business Process Analysis experience with a proven track record of process improvement and automation projects in the field of HR.Knowledge of multinational payroll /accounting/ Extensive knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll processing ERPs / Project ManagementExposure to process improvement tools, people & process managementExperience developing and designing current state and future state process maps Strong in MS Excel with knowledge of more advanced formulas and MacrosKnowledge of RPA and RDA project deliveryExperience in testing Intelligent Automation (IA) and AI-driven payroll solutionsAbility to validate automated workflows, rule engines, and exception handling processesKnowledge of test case development for robotic process automation (RPA) in payroll systemsKnowledge of regression testing methodologies for payroll system upgradesPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
