**Job Overview:**
The Assoc. Mgr. Professional Services Consulting leads a support-level team responsible for One View services configuration and ongoing platform services. This role coordinates daily, ticket-based work, ensures high- closely quality and timely delivery, and partners with Implementation Services to support new customer onboarding. The supervisor also serves as an escalation point for internal stakeholders while mentoring and developing team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a Platform Services support team.
• Manage and prioritize ticket-based work, including One View services configuration, payroll calendar generation, General Ledger design and configuration, and related platform requests.
• Oversee integrations between One View and UKG Pro HCM.
• Partner with Implementation Services to support new customer implementations and successful onboarding.
• Ensure operational results related to quality, accuracy, and timeliness of team deliverables.
• Mentor, train, and support team members; provide hands-on guidance as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer and internal escalations.
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, recommending enhancements to processes and tools.
**Qualifications**
• Experience supervising or leading a support or platform services team.
• Strong understanding of platform configuration, integrations, and support operations.
• Ability to coordinate workloads, resolve day-to-day issues, and escalate complex challenges.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong collaboration and customer focus.

The pay range for this position is 27,800.00 € to 37,550.00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
