Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Order to Cash
In this role, the incumbent should possess deep domain expertise in end-to-end OTC processes, with a proven track record of managing high-volume collections and driving process efficiencies since this is a critical global role with a strong emphasis on OTC operations, particularly in Collections.
Responsibilities
• Sound domain knowledge in all OTC aspects such as billing, collections, cash applications and dispute management with the ability to draw linkages across all sub processes.
• Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda.
• Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team, HR, recruitment etc.
• Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
• Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and intensify performance gaps and/ or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
• Achieve assigned Accounts Receivable targets in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Conduct effective one-on-one sessions with team members to drive performance and engagement.
• Identify and resolve gaps impacting receivables, ensuring proactive issue management.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal business partners to enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities within AR and deductions management.
• Recommend procedural enhancements to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Participate in governance meetings at the country and regional levels.
• Consistently meet client expectations related to AR SLAs.
• Lead regular operational meetings with clients to review performance and address concerns.
• Champion Lean Daily Management practices and support Genpact’s global and regional initiatives to ensure Surprise-Free Operations in Healthcare.
• Own the planning and execution of annual financial targets, including revenue and AOI, for the assigned account.
• Drive impactful client interactions, ensuring collaborative relationships and ownership of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and action plans.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• B.Com graduate, MBA will be preferred.
• Deep OTC Domain experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems such as High Radius, SAP, Trace/APEX, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Deep understanding of end-to-end B2B AR processes including Cash Application, Credit Management, Master Data Management, Billing, Reporting, Collections , and Deductions Management.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Strong capabilities in risk mitigation and escalation handling.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Effective negotiation skills for resolving deduction disputes and recovering funds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Strong multitasking abilities and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of self-motivation, adaptability, and resilience.
• Ability to respond to evolving business needs with innovative and practical solutions.
• Knowledge of industry-specific deduction requirements and client expectations.
