Assistant Valuer - Residential Development Job ID 225718 Posted 27-Jun-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Valuations/Appraisal Location(s) Melbourne - Victoria - Australia + **Assistant Property Valuer – Living Sectors /Residential Development** + **Recent Property Graduate ideally with some valuation experience** + **Melbourne | Land of the Wurundjeri people** **The Opportunity:** + A recent property graduate, who is keen to embark on a career in property valuations and interested in joining our residential development or Living sectors teams. + Work in association with a long-term Director of the valuations business on a day-to-day basis + Be involved in all facets of the valuation and consultancy process, including preliminary work, undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data, sales/leasing analysis, and preparing quality valuation reports and advice. + Undertaking work for a range of clients including banks, private investors, corporates, developers, and major institutions across commercial assets + Obtain hands on experience and progress towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status. **What’s in it for you?** + Learn from the best!
