Our Valuation & Advisory Services team lead the global markets in providing highly accurate analysis and projections of property values across the commercial sectors. **The Opportunity - Te āhei** + An NZ 2025/2026 property graduate (essential), who is keen to embark on a career in commercial property valuation + Undertake property inspections including measuring and site notes, + Valuation modelling & compilation/analysis of market rental & sales evidence + Assisting senior valuers in preparing quality valuation reports and advice, + Liaising with clients, agents, valuers and authorities + Undertake instructions for a range of clients including private clients, listed property clients, and central and local government. + Obtain hands on experience working alongside a team of Senior Valuers & progress towards achieving Registered Valuer status. **What’s in it for you?
