Assistant Traffic Coordinator
Assistant Traffic Coordinator Responsibilities + Manage driver check-ins, interacting face-to-face with 12–20 drivers per day. + Assist with truck scheduling via email and Excel, tracking shipments and appointments. + Perform data entry and document management, including daily use of spreadsheets, scanning, saving documents, and managing bills of lading. + Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 heavily for logistics, documentation, inventory management, quality control, and documentation control. + Provide administrative support and assist in logistics and supply chain operations. Essential Skills + Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management. + Strong data entry and document management skills. + Comfortable in a front-facing role with excellent interpersonal skills. + Experience with scheduling support and tracking via Excel and email. + Proficient in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for logistics and documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication skills, especially in face-to-face interactions. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. + Willingness to handle conflict professionally and calmly. + Open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from entry-level to experienced. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
