This role is perfect for those passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Help supervise children during outdoor play and classroom activities. Foster a love for learning and curiosity in each child. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in early childhood education preferred. Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting is highly desirable. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude. Background check clearance required.
