The Role
The Assistant Suite Manager is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations for the Suites.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in staffing, scheduling, training and counseling of staffDirectly managing staff while having direct interaction with customersMaintain and control high volume food and beverage inventoryTrain, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate proceduresDevelop and enforce standards of service, sanitation and product and food qualityEnsure all cash and credit card handling procedures are documented and enforcedAbility to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control proceduresConduct physical audit of inventory and products. Research and perform reconciliationsQualifications:
High school diploma required, associate’s degree preferredExcellent organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and experience working with a POS systemCustomer service and communication skillsFast-paced problem-solving skillsMust be personable, proactive and self-motivatedOrganized and the ability to jump from task to task and prioritize as neededAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAble to adapt to change quicklyPunctual and dependableMust be able to read and maintain informationMust be able to perform simple mathematical calculationsMust be able to speak, read, write and understand EnglishAble to move fast and act on assigned dutiesMust maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearanceAbility to occasionally lift, carry and put away parcels weighing up to 30 poundsAbility to sit and use computer workstations, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of timeFinger, hand and wrist dexterityFollow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety trainingLegends Global is an Equal Opportunity employer.
