Our client, a leader in smart home appliances, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store's overall performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to adapt to change, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Santa Clara, CA
**Pay Range:** $63,000 - $65,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities

**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the store's overall performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers about products and the brand's history.
+ Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to foster a collaborative environment.
+ Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns professionally.
+ Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least two years of experience in a retail leadership position.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Fluent in English; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
+ Open availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
