Responsible for overall performance of Security of the site in Shift or designated areas

Responsible for briefing & debriefing of security guards and supervisors He will coordinate with designated training person for the regular onsite training  & grooming of security guards and supervisors He will inspect all the security related equipment  He will raise the report for any missing / faulty security equipment He will maintain lost & found register He will take a round of the entire property and will check if there are any damages  He will be responsible for traffic management  In case of any incident on the site, SO will prepare the incident report and submit to all concerned  He will be responsible for the proper management of visitor passes  Control movement of material and update the material movement register on daily basis SO will be accountable for the paid parking system. He will collect the cash from paid parking guard and hand it over to the concerned person in JLL office on daily basis Attend to any emergency / problem arising inside the campus.  Ensure timely response on mail, occupant concern resolution and minute of meeting circulation. Upkeep of CCTV camera on 24X7 basis. Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time

Authority-

To issue/ cancel permit for any planned activity  To STOP any unsafe work as reported by workmen or self observed Ensure the organization meets or exceeds regulatory requirements He can ask any resourses to the top management  Prepare Opex and Capex budget for Property EHS Operations 

OHS&W Responsibility-

To ensure CANDOR OHS&W Policy is understood by self and co-workers.  Participate while finalization of objectives. Suggest initiatives based upon safety suggestions , incident recommendations. Achieve individual OHS&W objectives To ensure safety management system (CANDOR Safety standard, SOPs, EGs, OHS&W procedures) is implemented and communicated to the team. To ensure OHS&W objective are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date. To identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees. Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OHS&W related meetings. To report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per  procedures. To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc) To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan. To ensure that all OHS&W related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility.

People Management Responsibilities-

Able to lead site team to run the Security Operations smoothly in shifts or designated areas. Staff’s discipline and well being.
