We’re looking for an upbeat, people-loving Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our full-service hotel team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable dining experiences, and know how to motivate a team while keeping standards high, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead by example with a positive, engaging presence on the floor — you’re the energy that keeps the restaurant buzzing.Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued, welcomed, and eager to return.Support hiring, training, and coaching a dynamic restaurant team, building a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.Hold staff accountable to hotel and brand standards while still inspiring them with encouragement, recognition, and clear communication.Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and culinary team to enhance service flow, boost guest satisfaction, and elevate the overall dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:

An outgoing, upbeat personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.Strong leadership skills with the confidence to guide, mentor, and hold staff accountable.Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience (hotel experience a plus!).Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.A team player who leads with positivity, integrity, and a guest-first mindset.
