As an Assistant Residence Manager, you'll jump into a fast-paced, meaningful role where no two days are the same. You'll help lead the residence, support staff, and make sure every person we serve experiences comfort, dignity, and opportunities to grow.\n \n
\u2b50 What You'll Be Doing:\n
Partner with the Residence Manager to keep the home running smoothly and safely.\n
Support and motivate staff, assist with scheduling, and help ensure full coverage.\n
Champion residents' health, safety, and daily well-being.\n
Collaborate with the team to plan fun, engaging, and meaningful activities.\n
Promote the 3IP philosophy, ensuring person-centered support at all times.\n
Keep documentation and communication clear, organized, and on point.\n
Help maintain a warm, welcoming home and coordinate any needed repairs or updates.\n
Step up as a leader, coach, and role model for excellence.\n

\ud83c\udf93 Qualifications Include: \n
High School diploma or GED\n
2–3 years of experience preferred\n
Valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record\n
A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for helping others thrive\n
