**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Property Management Analyst, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
This position is Remote and candidate must be based in Anaheim California.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
+ Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
+ Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
+ Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.
+ Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change.
+ Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $75,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $90,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
