Our client in the High Country is seeking an Assistant Manager/Owner Liaison to join their team. As assistant manager, you will be part of the Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have flexibility, great time management and professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Assistant Manager/Owner Liaison**
**Location: Boone NC**
**Pay Range: $24-$27/hour**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Owner Liaison and Owner Communications
+ Primary focus on single family units but some overlap with multi-family.
+ Address leasing of vacancy properties - filling vacancies and working with team members through process
+ Work with maintenance supervisors and oversight of work orders
+ Oversight and management of property checkers and completion of lease and owner contracts
**What’s Needed?**
+ Active Drivers License
+ HSD/GED
+ 1 to 6 years related experience
+ Team Player, dependable and quick learner
+ Good written and oral communication skills
