Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 05:00pm)Provide assistance to the housing manager relative to problem tenants involving housekeeping, domestic disturbances, rent payments, community service and other lease violationsInvestigate tenant complains and grievanceConduct post occupancy visitsAnswer questions tenants may haveAssistant Property Manager - 1st Qualifications:
Previous property manager experience required!Ability to read and communicate to others Good attendance is necessaryApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
