Join a dynamic glass and glazing manufacturing company that collaborates with architects and owners to design and deliver stunning glass panel walls for interior applications. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our team in efficiently managing projects. You will utilize proprietary software and collaborate directly with the sales team to compile necessary details for estimates and ensure seamless project delivery.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing project timelines and deliverables.Collaborate with the sales team to gather essential details for project estimates.Utilize proprietary software for accurate estimating.Compile estimates and coordinate with the project and delivery teams.Ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet client specifications.Essential SkillsExperience in estimation and construction management.Proficiency with estimating software.Strong skills in bidding, blueprint analysis, pricing, preconstruction, and cost estimation.1+ years of experience working with project management software.Experience preparing estimates using electronic estimating software.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working for a construction supplier/distributor or subcontractor.Familiarity with the glass/glazing industry is ideal, though experience in roofing or wall panels is also valuable.Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, controlled manufacturing environment located in Columbia. The role requires office presence with no opportunities for remote or flexible work arrangements. You will be part of a small project estimating team of 3-4 people.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbia, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
