As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Your role will involve coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. You will support procurement efforts and compliance tracking, participate in site visits, and attend progress meetings to monitor construction activities and resolve issues. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and financial reports, help prepare monthly forecasts, billing packages, and closeout documentation, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
