Revit Technician / MEP Drafter

Full-Time | Mechanical Contractor | Large-Scale Projects & Data Centers

About the Role

We are hiring a Revit Technician / MEP Drafter to support the design and coordination of mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and piping systems for large commercial and mission‑critical projects, including data centers. This role is open to recent graduates as well as experienced drafters looking to grow their career in BIM and construction.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and update Revit MEP models for HVAC, hydronic piping, and plumbing systemsPrepare construction drawings, layouts, and detailed viewsCoordinate with other trades and contribute to clash detectionAssist engineers and project managers with design layoutsSupport model maintenance, family creation, and company BIM standardsWork with field teams to support prefabrication and shop drawingsMaintain accurate project documentation and revisionsQualifications RequiredExperience with Revit (school experience, internship, or professional)Basic understanding of mechanical or MEP building systemsAbility to read and interpret plans and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnPreferred (but not required for recent grads)Professional Revit MEP drafting experienceExperience with large commercial or industrial projectsFamiliarity with Navisworks or clash detection toolsKnowledge of mechanical contracting processesExperience with data center or mission‑critical environmentsEducationAssociate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, CAD/BIM, or a related fieldEquivalent experience consideredSkillsRevit drafting/modelingCommunication and teamworkProblem‑solving and time managementWillingness to work on fast‑paced and technically complex projectsWhat We OfferTraining and mentorship for early‑career candidatesOpportunity to work on cutting-edge, large-scale projectsGrowth paths into BIM, VDC, project engineering, or designCompetitive pay, benefits, and career developmentJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
