We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of municipal, roadway, and paving projects. This role works closely with a Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams to help coordinate schedules, budgets, documentation, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow their project management career.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nSupport planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal and roadway projects\nPrepare and track project schedules, deliverables, and action items.\nCoordinate with design, survey, inspection teams, and subconsultants\nParticipate in meetings and assist in preparation for meetings\nAssist with responding to client requests and maintaining positive client relationships.\nSupport construction phase services (RFIs, submittals, pay applications, etc.)\nMonitor project progress against scope, schedule, and budget.\nAssist in ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.\nPromote safe work practices and professional conduct on all projects.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred\nEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred\n2–5 years of experience supporting civil or public infrastructure projects.\nExperience working on municipal, roadway, paving, or transportation projects is preferred.\nDemonstrated understanding of civil engineering design and construction practices.\nAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.\nStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skills\nDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools a plus\n\n
