Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs. You will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, manage material purchase orders, review architectural and shop drawings, and support project documentation and closeout processes.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services.Write and manage material purchase orders in coordination with procurement and estimating teams.Review architectural drawings and shop drawings; assist in submittal preparation and tracking.Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Attend project meetings and document key decisions and action items.Support field operations by resolving issues and ensuring alignment with project plans.Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.Essential SkillsDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in commercial construction; glazing or façade experience strongly preferred.Understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project workflows.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes for glazing systems.OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
