This role involves providing essential support and guidance to General Contractors as they implement Building Management System (BMS) projects throughout 8 European countries. You'll also build and maintain key partnerships to ensure project success.** **What You Will Do:** • Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings. • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders globally (North America, Europe, Asia). • Document meeting outcomes and follow up on actions. • Prepare presentation materials. • Provide technical guidance to General Contractors (BMS projects) across Europe. • Support a structured project management framework. • Contribute to project portfolio reporting. • Develop and implement project strategies. • Manage project risks and provide solutions. • Oversee project implementation and ongoing program management across multiple countries. • Serve as a liaison between teams and client contacts. • Support client sustainability and CSR objectives. • Ensure SLA compliance (schedule, finance). • Manage internal financial reporting. • Handle escalation management. **What You Will Need:** • University degree (Project Management preferred). • 2+ years Project/Program Management experience. • Track record of delivering projects on time and budget. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Passion for sustainability and a "can-do" attitude. • Strong report writing skills. • Ability to analyze complex issues and draw conclusions. • Energy efficiency auditing experience (preferred). • Understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.) and energy efficiency auditing experience would be beneficial. **We Offer:** **• Opportunity to work with a global company in the facility management industry.** **• Remote role based in Poland with occasional travel opportunities (average 15-25% travel expectation but may increase from time to time) across Europe.** • Professional development and growth opportunities. • Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, co-contribution towards a sports card, life insurance facilitation, and more. • A referral program that rewards you for successfully recommending a friend for a role. • The opportunity to make a significant impact on the environmental footprint of a leading e-commerce client. • Exposure to cutting-edge sustainable technologies and practices.
