Position Information **Position/Rank** Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor (DOQ) **Department** 00228 - Dermatology **City** Salt Lake City, UT **Track** Track Dependent on Qualifications **New Position to Begin** **Details** The Department of Dermatology (Allergy & Immunology Section) at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine is seeking a qualified allergy/immunology physician at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor. Appointment track will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Applicant must be board-certified in either Internal Medicine or Pediatrics and be board certified in Allergy/Immunology. The ideal candidate will have trained at a leading Allergy/Immunology program and present with outstanding references. Comfort seeing both children and adults is preferred. A strong commitment to high-quality clinical care and service excellence is essential. Clinics are located primarily in the Salt Lake Valley, with additional clinic opportunities in Orem as well. We offer a comprehensive, full-service outpatient Allergy and Immunology program that includes spirometry, skin testing, allergen immunotherapy, drug desensitization, food challenges, oral immunotherapy ( OIT ), and evaluation and management of complex immunologic disorders. We also provide inpatient Allergy/Immunology consultation services at University of Utah Hospital and Primary Children’s Hospital. Two to three dedicated medical assistants per physician support exceptional clinic efficiency, and a strong dermatology-based infrastructure enables innovation, patient-centered service, interdisciplinary collaboration, research, and continued growth. Candidate will join an academic allergy/immunology practice of 6 established allergist/immunologists within the Department of Dermatology.
