**Job Title: Assistant Production Manager** **Job Description** This role requires a strong ability in production scheduling and forecasting of raw and finished goods. You will be responsible for production planning, overseeing the quality control process, managing machine downtime to ensure cost savings, and training new leads. Additionally, you will oversee two production supervisors, engage in employee counseling and investigations, implement maintenance work orders, and provide lead times and status updates for production management.
