Acts as lead during Practice Manager’s absence.   Provides supervision and work assignments to staff based on practice needs. Provides guidance regarding employee relations and staffing issues. Processes time ensures success of practice and management by providing overall support. Manages multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed.
