About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standardsCreate memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service based on guest preferences and feedbackDrive outlet performance through effective team leadership, motivation, and regular training that enhances service and product knowledgeCollaborate on strategic initiatives to grow market share and optimize revenue while maintaining cost efficiencyManage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions to ensure smooth and profitable operationsProactively resolve guest concerns and service escalations, turning challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in a standalone/branded restaurant1-2 years Food and Beverage Experience in a premium Fine Dining Establishment in a 5–star Hotel on a Management levelKeeping operations organized and paying close attention to details so guests enjoy a smooth dining experienceProficient in English
