Job Title: Assistant Operator

Job Description

In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. Expect a lot of collaboration as you will receive consistent training. You will work in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals, learning to perform daily manufacturing roles.

ResponsibilitiesGather and move materials to and from the production line.Ensure the quality of gathered finished products.Continuously train and understand the manufacturing process.Monitor machine operations.Essential SkillsExperience operating machinery.Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Possession of a high school diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working off a work order.Experience in any type of industrial environment.Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.92 - $24.33/hr.
