The Assistant Uniform Operations Manager supervises the department's staff and operations
Job Responsibilities:
Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD)Maintaining day to day operations for the departmentConducting employee evaluations and counselingResolving departmental challengesMonitoring, scheduling and assisting employeesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentEmbroidery, embossing and engraving skills preferredExcellent customer service skills and telephone etiquetteExcellent leadership, training and scheduling skillsExperience in a large Resort/Convention hotel preferred21 years of age or olderAbility to communicate effectively in English (speaking, writing and reading)Neat, well-groomed appearanceCapable of working varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysSupervisory experienceUniform operations and experience with unions preferred Working knowledge of computer applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced, stressful environmentAdditional InformationWynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
