**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Transport Manager you will be responsible for a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**Responsibilities**
· - Safe and effective management of transport operation.
· - Identifies risks, issues, opportunities and deploys innovative solutions and techniques in response to them to mitigate the risk and ensure safe service delivery
· - Leads, empowers and develops the transport team.
· - Ensures health and safety, environmental and compliance, whilst delivering best in class customer service, measured against business KPIs.
· - Provides creative, flexible, diplomatic and consistent leadership to develop the team.
· - Understands and leverages the operating process and tools and ensuring seamless service delivery.
· - Able to identify place for optimal management of the fleet whilst against the dynamic operation requirements.
· - Oversees fleet management, supplier engagement and score cards.
· - Ensures timely completion of MI, reports and supplier pay-out process.
· - Monitor and ensure transportation costs is with the threshold and look out opportunities for savings.
· - Possess excellent stakeholder management and customer connect.
· - Research and suggest cost-effective models.
· - Conduct regular safety audits and compliance parameters on transport operation
· - Organize training sessions for supplier partners, staffs and drivers,
· - Keep organized records of Transport MI / documentation.
· - Should possess good knowledge on MoveInSync Transport application.
· - Should possess good knowledge of BCP handling situation.
· - Should possess excellent knowledge of local topography and routes.
**Requirements**
+ Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work individual as well as a team,
+ Should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Experience preparing and tracking orders
