We’re a successful and expanding quick-service franchise with multiple high-volume locations across New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for experienced Restaurant Managers who are ready to lead, drive results, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a shift team of 10+ to deliver an exceptional guest experience—every visit, every meal.

Take full ownership of your store’s operations, P&L, and results.

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performance team.

Control costs and optimize labor while maintaining high standards in food quality and customer service.

Implement local store marketing and execute brand promotions that bring in repeat business.

Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards.

What You Bring:

2+ years of QSR or fast-casual management experience. You know how to run a shift, lead a team, and manage a business.

Proven success in hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance.

Hands-on experience with inventory, ordering, food safety, and labor control.

Strong customer service instincts and a sense of urgency.

ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 10-hour shifts.

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (Paid Weekly)

Monthly Bonus Plan: $600–$700
