Please visit our website at www.cbre.com . **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Regular update of databases for commercial, residential and retail sectors Co-ordination and network building with developer representatives Sourcing data from online sources such as developer websites, RERA etc. Build and maintaining network of brokers within CBRE to gather comprehensive data Assists in the preparation and production of project/client presentations and reports, as well as the quarterly market report. Assists in the day-to-day operations of the department Coordinates projects regionally as well as nationally as required by the national research operations team. Reviews and evaluates collected data results, makes appropriate recommendations.
