Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in North Oaks, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth of our team members.

Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer serviceManage daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesAssist in training and developing team members to reach their full potentialHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionallyOversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levelsSupport the General Manager in achieving store performance goals and targetsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist in scheduling and payroll managementContribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement effortsPay range is $15-20 DOE

QualificationsProven leadership experience in food service or retail managementHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysDemonstrated proficiency in food safety practices and regulationsExperience in inventory management and ordering proceduresSkilled in pizza-making and other food preparation techniquesProficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to train and mentor othersExcellent time management and punctualityPositive attitude and enthusiasm for the Domino's brand
