Their daily duties and responsibilities include:
Inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g. air ducts, filters, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenanceDeveloping and implementing a maintenance schedule for all HVAC equipmentCoordinating with team members and other professionals to ensure HVAC systems are installed and functioning efficientlyDesigning HVAC systems and their components, considering the specific needs of the client or projectEnsuring compliance with system specifications, work safety regulations and quality control standardsManaging customer complaints and issues, and ensuring that appropriate steps are taken to resolve themTraining and supervising HVAC technicians to ensure they are competent and consistent in their job performanceOverseeing inventory and ordering HVAC parts and supplies as neededStaying updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in the HVAC industry, and adjusting current practices and procedures accordingly•
