Domino's Pizza in St Michael, United States is seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our restaurant.

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operationsLead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceEnsure compliance with food safety standards and company policiesManage inventory, place orders, and control costsSchedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal staffing levelsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlyAssist in training and developing new team membersMonitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurantContribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall performanceSupport marketing initiatives and local promotional activities
