About the Role:

To understand overall design deliverables and project tasks expectations that come inTo liase with relevant stake holders within the company to identify potential leads for projectsTo develop and maintain strong client relationships over and above project timelines.To understand the dynamics of a large scale organisation and be able to form strong working relationships with various stake holders through the companyTo prepare, develop with respective Team Leads where required, relevant drawings, images, material, lookbook and other documents relating to the design, project and proposals where requiredTo coordinate and align and update deliverables with Design Director and Design LeadsTo pitch, present and sell to clientsAttends client and project meetings where appropriateTo work with external vendors and partners when required and clearly defining their roles and responsibilities and being able to get them to deliverSite and project verification coordination with external partners where relevantDefining project requirements and schedule during briefing phasesResearch and define design ideation with Design Director to align expectationsTo take responsibility for the development of the design and projects with input from Team Leads or person/persons in charge for key project stagesTo work with costing and procurement teams to ensure what is designed is builtEnsures the accuracy of all drawings and specifications before any internal and external presentationTo liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies appropriate with project related circumstancesTo seek and continue professional developmentThorough knowledge of and compliance with industry procedures and standardsTo contribute, or otherwise assist, as requiredTo lead, co-lead and be part of project team member in variable design and project deliverablesMaintains detailed project documentation including records of key decisions, and notes from client/internal meetingsAbility to manage client and project issue and resolution with minimal support, unless otherwiseParticipates in client and project walkthroughs and approvals as neededBe in the know-how on industry changes, evolution and best practice principlesServes as a champion of good innovative design practices and the responsibility in improving design standards and all deliverable outcomes

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Diploma in Interior Design or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in corporate interior design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office suite.Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling design solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.Portfolio showcasing a range of completed corporate interior design projects that highlight your design approach, creativity, and attention to detail.Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design standards.Project management skills, scheduling, and risk assessmentTechnical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural worksExcellent organizational and motivational skillsOutstanding attention to detail and observation abilityExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
