We're excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager position in our Chesterfield, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performanceLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed company goalsEnsure excellent customer service by maintaining product quality and cleanliness standardsManage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitabilityHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyImplement and maintain company policies, procedures, and safety standardsAssist in hiring, training, and scheduling of staff membersCollaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performanceAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvementStep in for the General Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in retail or food service managementProven track record of leadership and team managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsCustomer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
