What You Will Do:

Facilitate new hire and project-specific training sessions, including medical billing and Accounts Receivables (AR) voice processes.Conduct refresher trainings, cross-skill training, remedial training, and training for new project transitions.Monitor employee performance regarding quality standards, provide constructive feedback, and suggest actionable plans for improvement.Evaluate trainee progress using assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions to measure learning effectiveness.Update training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with process changes or client requirements.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.Ensure training delivery adheres to compliance, accuracy, and quality benchmarks, including HIPAA standards.Maintain adherence to the training curriculum, schedule, and documentation of trainee records.Use diverse learning tools and methodologies to enhance job skills and knowledge transfer.Conduct training needs assessments and targeted coaching based on identified gaps.Publish monthly Process Knowledge Test (PKT) reports for all associates to stakeholders.Assist with ad-hoc training assignments as requested by other departments.Conduct employee satisfaction surveys post-training and travel as required for onsite training and project transitions.


What You Will Need:

Extensive knowledge and understanding of US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.Experience in new hire training facilitation and project-specific training programmes.Strong ability to share knowledge effectively and enhance learning and skill application.Proficiency in using a variety of learning tools and methodologies.Capability to monitor and evaluate trainee performance, identifying areas for improvement.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work different shifts as per project requirements.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve departmental training goals.Thorough knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements.Ability to maintain comprehensive training records and documentation.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Prior experience in developing and implementing large-scale training programmes within the US healthcare domain.Exposure to training needs identification, gap analysis, and remediation planning in a corporate environment.Experience in conducting training surveys, analysing post-training satisfaction data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Familiarity with advanced digital learning platforms and tools for remote or blended training delivery.Ability to travel as required for onsite training and project transitions.
