Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Roberts, WI. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.
Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflowSupport the development and implementation of company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the management team to set and achieve organizational goalsProvide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team membersEnsure high standards of customer service are maintainedAssist in inventory management and cost control measuresHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionallyContribute to creating a positive and productive work environmentAssist in scheduling and staff managementParticipate in employee training and development initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they ariseSupport the implementation of new technologies and processesQualificationsPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailDemonstrated experience in employee development and coachingOutstanding customer service skillsProficiency in operating and troubleshooting relevant technology and softwareBasic financial management knowledge, including cost control and budgetingAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesTeam player with a collaborative approach to workMust be {18} years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
