Maintains smooth Transport operation at Client place

Major Responsibilities:

Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.Over all in charge of Daily operations for TransportManage the transport teamVendor management from operational perspectiveRegular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalationsAdherence to  SLA’s by vendor including statutory and non-statutory complianceEnsure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis

Qualification

Any graduation

Work Experience  

Minimum Experience – 5-8 Yrs in the same field

Compensation : Commensurate with market
