Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Ensuring company policies are followedOptimizing profits by controlling costsHiring, training, and developing new employeesResolving customer issues to their satisfactionProviding leadership and direction to all employeesEnsuring product quality and availabilityPreparing and presenting employee reviewsWorking closely with the store manager to lead staffAssisting customers whenever necessaryEnsuring health, safety, and security rules are followedTaking disciplinary action when necessaryCompleting tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficientlyMaintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning
