Our client, a leading player in the retail industry, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be part of the customer service department supporting retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for electronics, which will align successfully within the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Supervise daily retail operations to ensure a high level of customer service.
+ Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
+ Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
+ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
+ Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
**What's Needed?**
+ No less than 2-3 years of retail experience.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of electronics and retail sales is a plus.
