Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 2548 Highway 10 NE in Mounds View, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goalsLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseImplement and maintain visual merchandising standardsAssist in creating staff schedules and managing payrollEnforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environmentAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performanceHandle cash management and daily financial reportingHourly is $15-20/ hr DOE

QualificationsProven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficiency in time management and multitaskingCustomer service-oriented with a focus on creating positive experiencesHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systemsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
