We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 221 Mineral Springs Rd in Owatonna, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goalsLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseImplement and maintain visual merchandising standardsAssist in creating staff schedules and managing payrollMonitor and maintain store cleanliness and organizationEnforce company policies and proceduresParticipate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store securityAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performanceHandle cash management and banking procedures

QualificationsProven experience in retail management or customer serviceStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesOutstanding problem-solving and decision-making skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systemsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredPrevious experience in a supervisory role is a plusRetail industry knowledge and understanding of current trends is beneficial
