We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our Kirkwood, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the storeLead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseCreate and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levelsHandle cash transactions and manage daily financial reportsResolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional mannerImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsContribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategiesAssist in hiring, training, and evaluating team members

QualificationsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersStrong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in inventory management and schedulingExperience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) systemsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of local market trends and consumer preferencesFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in the retail or food service industry
