Domino's Pizza is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 1058 Enterprise Dr in Belle Plaine, United States. Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceManage daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresEnsure compliance with food safety standards and company policiesOversee food preparation and quality control processesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in training and developing new team membersManage inventory, place orders, and process invoicesAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performanceSupport the General Manager in achieving store goals and objectivesMaintain a clean and organized work environment

QualificationsProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsExcellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food safety practices and willingness to learn Domino's specific proceduresProficiency in pizza-making and food preparation techniquesExperience in shift management, including opening and closing proceduresFamiliarity with inventory management and basic invoicing processesAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyBasic math skills for cash handling and inventory managementProblem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in food service or retail management is preferredKnowledge of the food service industry and current trends is a plus
