We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 112 West Broadway St in Monticello, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service in our fast-paced food service environment.

Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresSupervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and proceduresOversee food preparation, quality control, and inventory managementProcess customer orders efficiently and accurately, both in-person and over the phoneManage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsEnsure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, equipment, and facilitiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needsImplement and maintain food safety and hygiene standardsSupport the store manager in achieving sales targets and improving overall performanceCoordinate and oversee product deliveries, including proper storage and organizationPerform various administrative tasks, including inventory counts and paperwork completion
