We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Ham Lake, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment.

Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervisionEnsure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer serviceOversee inventory management and stock controlProcess and manage customer orders, including telephone ordersOperate and maintain various equipment in the storeTrain and develop team members on proper procedures and customer serviceAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlySupport the implementation of company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the management team to improve store performance and efficiency

QualificationsProven leadership and team management skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent customer service orientationProficiency in basic math and cash handlingAbility to operate point-of-sale systems and other store equipmentComputer literacy, including the use of inventory management systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
