We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Princeton, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment.

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory managementEnsure high standards of food quality, preparation, and safety are maintainedOversee and participate in customer order processing, both in-person and over the phoneTrain and supervise team members on proper equipment operation and store proceduresManage inventory levels, including receiving deliveries and stocking itemsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in implementing and maintaining company policies and proceduresSupport the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goalsPerform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting

QualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant equipmentBasic math skills for inventory management and cash handlingAbility to read maps and navigate delivery areas efficientlyKnowledge of food preparation and safety standardsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairsCustomer service-oriented with a positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
