As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsRun shifts efficiently, including opening and closing proceduresHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfactionAssist in inventory management and stock controlProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyManage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsParticipate in store cleaning and maintenance tasksSupport the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goalsContribute to team training and development initiativesEnsure food safety and quality standards are met at all times

QualificationsProven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong leadership abilities and experience in managing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisionsTime management and organizational skillsPositive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiencesPrevious experience in food service or retail management is preferredKnowledge of food safety practices is a plus
